About The Cosy Corner Bookcase

My name is Carol, I'm the grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren and the person behind The Cosy Corner Bookcase.

The idea started when I began creating books to sell, functional, useful, fun and entertaining books that fit into real family life. From there it grew into something more, adding digital downloads you can enjoy straight away and print on demand products.

 

As it grew, I found myself wanting to create something more than a shop. I wanted to build a cosy corner online, a place people could wander into and find something that felt just right. Perhaps a book for a child to fall in love with, something helpful for the whole family, or even a little comfort during one of life's harder moments.

That vision is still very much at the heart of everything here. Over time I'll be introducing a wide variety of books printed to order so that every copy is made just for you.

​

There will also be other cosy things along the way, lap quilts, cushions, photo albums, and products made using illustrations from my own books and others that I have created. Occasionally you might spot a beautiful old book that I've found and felt belonged here too. Everything is chosen with the same feeling in mind: that it deserves a place in a cosy corner.
